If you haven't received your payment in time, please know that a number of factors may be at the root of the issue:
- You may not have requested your payment in time: If you click on the payment button between the 1st and 14th of the payment month, it will be addressed to you on the 15th of the month. By clicking on the payment button between the 15th and the last day of the month, your payment will be made on the 1st business day of the following month.
- You've just updated your bank information: If you've recently update your bank information, they may be currently being validated by our services. If you're encountering issues with your IBAN, please check our Bank account information article.
- It's an international transaction: It's important to take note of the delay between the processing of the payment by our services and the date on which you will receive it in your account, which may be longer if it's an international transaction. This delay may also be shorter or longer depending on your bank's procedure.
- Your payment was rejected: If none of the reasons above is at the root of your problem, your payment may have been rejected by the bank. If this is the case, please contact your Label & Artists Support Specialist team. If you don’t know which support address to use, check the full list here.
