Give access to Encore

If you are not the main user of your Backstage account, it is possible that you do not have access to Encore. If so, you need to get in touch with the administrator of your account (your producer, manager, or distributor).

If you are the main user (the administrator) of your Backstage account, you can already connect to Backstage using your log in details.

To give access to other people from your team or to an Artist, you need to do the following steps on your Backstage account:

1. Click on the profile button at the top-right corner of your Backstage
2. Click on the user access section
   
3. Click on the "Add new users" button
   
4. Enter a username (login) and email address in the corresponding fields:
   
   

5. Choose the Permission Level (Standard or Advanced)

6. Select the “Encore mobile app” checkbox.
   You can choose to give access to the mobile app only, to Backstage, or to both.
   Please note that the login information used will be the same on both platforms.
   

7. Use the filters of the fields located on the right to give them access to their own artists / labels / channels
   
   
   

8. Your sub-user will receive an e-mail with their login information
