Connect to Encore
To get the credentials to access Encore you need to contact the administrator of your account.
If you are already using Backstage, please note that the credentials to Encore are the same.
If you have your ID and password but can’t connect to the app it is possible that you haven’t yet been granted access to the mobile app. To do so, you need to contact the administrator of your account who will enable it for you on the user access management page on Backstage.
