Video Trends FAQ
What is Video Trends and how can I access it?
To access it, click on the Analytics > Video trends menu in the sidebar on the left when you are on Backstage.
If you do not see the link, please contact the account administrator to request access.
Which sources are supported in Video Trends?
Currently, videos taken into account on the Video Trends page are your YouTube Official Content videos, i.e. videos posted by Believe on a YouTube official channel associated to your account.
The number of views reported corresponds to the number of times your videos were streamed on YouTube.
I can't see data for some videos. Why ?
You may not see all the videos you have on YouTube for several reasons:
- Videos that are visible on Video Trends are only releases that have been sent via the official channel of Believe CMS.
- Your video is not part of the Top 50 in the ranking of the videos of the page on Video Trends
- You may access data related to your video content on the Video Trends page as far back as January 01, 2021.
How can I add a new YouTube video release from Backstage?
You may add a new video release to your catalog on Backstage, just as you would add a new audio release:
First method
Second method
Note: your video will be included in the official content via Believe's CMS (Content Management System).
