It is not possible to change the email address ("Main Email Address") from your Backstage. To change your email address please contact your Label Manager who will make the request for you to the corresponding department at Believe.
To reset your Backstage password, follow the steps below:
- Go to Believe Backstage
Click on “Forgot your password ?” on the login screen:
Fill your login and we will identify the associated account:
If your login is associated to a Backstage account then you receive an e-mail with a verification code:
Come back to the "Forgot password" page and use the verification code sent by e-mail :
You may now set-up your new password:
