First of all, you will need to create a Payoneer account through this process.
There are three steps to receiving your Believe Digital payments through Payoneer:
In the case of an unsuccessful payment, your funds will be immediately returned to Payoneer and you will be notified via email. The reason of failure will be noted in the email.
You may be prompted to verify your banking details by submitting a bank statement or voided check. This can be done by responding directly to the email received from Payoneer.
Also keep in mind that the information provided will be scanned and reviewed by Payoneer, and you may be prompted to provide additional documentation for verification.
* Payment Request: Note that customers in Brazil will be requested to provide additional information (such as an invoice, receipt, contract, purchase agreement, etc.) to our provider ahead of payment. This is done in order to align with the country’s regulations. Under such circumstance, you will be contacted via phone call or email. Payments will only be released following the submission of the required documents.
**Payment Transfer: Throughout this process, please be alert to email communications from Payoneer. They will send out two e-mails tracking the status of your payment transfer, as follows:
- The first email will confirm that a payment has been initiated by Believe Digital. At this stage, if you have any questions, please reach out to Payoneer customer care.
- The second email will update you on the status of your payment.
