On the financial section of Backstage, you may get the details of your financial operations on the Payment & Operations tab.
On the main page of this section, you see your current available balance and, if applied, your active advances and their respective recoupment progress.
My available balance
The amount shown under "My available balance" states your current royalties balance taking your eventual advance recoupments in consideration.
On this section you also see your current payment method and, if your payment is available, you may request it directly on this page by clicking on "Request my payment". If your payment is not available, you'll see the reason and the date on which you should expect your next payment.
You can follow the advancement of your payment request through the payment stepper.
This feature give you a clear overview of your payment's progress and amount, providing you with the following statuses:
- Requested: your payment was successfully requested.
- Sent: your payment has been validated by Believe and sent to the Payout provider
- Processed: your payment has been executed
You can still get the detail of all your payments by clicking on "Operations details".

To get the detail of your current and past payments, click on "Operations details". See the history of your payments, advance recoupments or the PDF self-generated invoice of each payment sent to you.
You may download a CSV report containing your payment history at any point by clicking on the export button on the upper-right corner of the page.
My Active Advances
On this section you see all your active advances as well as the date you received the advance, the total amount and the recoupment method. The progress bar under the remaining amount gives you a clear view of the current state of your recoupments.
List of recoupments
By clicking on "List of recoupments" on each of your advances, you will see the detail of your recoupments.
You may download a CSV report containing your recoupments history at any point by clicking on the export button on the upper-right corner of the page.
My account balance
Please note that the amount shown under "My account balance" will be calculated based on your current royalties minus the total remaining amount from your current advances, if applied.
