Updating your payment information
The steps to update your payment information will depend on your payment method:
The determining factor for your payment method is the country where your bank is located.
Determining the payment method
- Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner of your Backstage:
- Click on "Bank Information":
- Select your bank country from the drop-down list and click "Next step":
Please be aware that the payment method is set automatically for your account depending on the bank country specified.
For the following countries, Payoneer is considered to be the best solution, as it uses local routes, which allows reducing the transfer costs compared to the traditional wire transfer method:

If your bank country is not on the list, then the method of Bank transfer will be set automatically for your account.
If your bank country is the United States, you can also select Paypal as a payment option by clicking the respective link:
Bank transfer
To update your bank information, fill in the fields, indicate your Backstage password and click "Request code".
A verification code will be sent to your email address. Copy it and insert in the respective field and click "Apply changes".
Please make sure to respect the bank account information guidelines, and note that all bank information updates must be approved manually by our teams. You should expect a delay of 48h before you can request your payment.
Payoneer
If the payment method defined for your bank country is Payoneer, a button redirecting to the Payoneer website will appear on Backstage.
You may also register by going through the link in the Payment & Operations tab of your Backstage:
- Go to the Payment & Operations page in the Financial Section of your Backstage:
- Click on "Please create a Payoneer account to receive your payment" and you will be redirected to Payoneer.
Both these options will redirect you to the Payoneer website, where you will have to go through the Payoneer registration process.
Once your account is created, you can access it by clicking "Edit my Payoneer account" on the Backstage:
Paypal
Provide the email address your Paypal account is registered with and your Backstage password. Click on "Request code" to receive a verification code on your email.
Once received, copy it and insert in the respective field and click "Apply changes".
