If you wish to update the bank account information you provided in your Backstage, please follow these steps:
- Click on the profile icon on the upper right corner of your Backstage
- Click on "Bank Information"
- If you wish to change your bank country, click on "Change your bank country". If you wish to update your bank information, fill-in the field, indicate your Backstage password and validate.
Please make sure to respect the bank account information guidelines, and note that all bank information update must be approved manually by our teams. You should expect a delay of 72h before you can request your payment again.
