Invoice content

If you need to send us an invoice so that we can process your payment, please note that your invoice must include some information as soon as it is issued.

Your invoice is subject to the local legislation of your billing country, so please make sure that it complies with the legal requirements of your country, in particular with the instructions of the tax and administrative authorities, before sending it to us.

For your invoice to comply with the requirements of the French administration, it must contain all the information required by the French law. Note that neglecting to inform these mandatory elements is punishable by fine.

You may find an indicative list of this information on the official website of the French administration. 

According to this reference site we can list the following information (November 28, 2018 version) :

• Your client number
• The identity of the issuer: Full name, billing address, SIRET number, RCS number or RM, the VAT identification number (intra-community VAT number) and, in the case of a company, legal form and amount of share capital
• Invoice number
• The date of the invoice
• The full name, address of the head office and the VAT number of Believe
• Tax obligation: For taxpayers, the rate and the amount of VAT. For the non-liable, the article of law that justifies the absence of VAT
• The total amount without tax
• The total amount with tax
• Payment deadlines
• Designation of the service provided (ex: ROYALTIES  QXXX: 2018)

In addition to this information, you need to attach your IBAN to the invoice.

Your invoice must be addressed to your local Support Team.
