If you haven't received your payment in time, please know that a number of factors may be at the root of the issue:
- You may not have requested your payment in time: Check the Royalties payment schedule to know when to request your royalties.
- You've just updated your bank information: If you've recently update your bank information, they may be currently being validated by our services. If you're encountering issues with your IBAN, please check our Bank account information guidelines.
- It's an international transaction: It's important to take note of the delay between the processing of the payment by our services and the date on which you will receive it in your account, which may be longer if it's an international transaction. This delay may also be shorter or longer depending on your bank's procedure.
- Your payment was rejected: If none of the reasons above is at the root of your problem, your payment may have been rejected by the bank. If this is the case, send a Support request.
