Financial Report types

Believe Backstage gives you the possibility to generate 2 different types of Financial Reports (section Financial>Financial Reports).

Single Report

This option is ideal if you wish to generate a filtered report for a specific Artist, Label, product, etc. You can filter it simply by typing the first three letters of the Artist, Label, product or other and then selecting the columns you wish to have in your Excel. You should also choose this option if you wish to generate a report containing the financial details of the entirety of your catalog in one single document. In this case, choose “Single Report” and “Full Catalog” before choosing the columns you wish to have in your Excel.

Multiple Reports

This option generates reports for the entire catalog. Unlike the single report, this creates separate documents for each Artist, Label, Release, Platform or country. You may choose how the report is sorted by clicking on “Labels”, “Artists”, “Releases”, etc., before choosing the columns you wish to have in your Excel.

Please take note that reports for large catalogs may take a while to be generated.
