Checking your video release
Check your release status, in the Backstage "Catalog" section: audio and video products are listed by release date, in reverse chonological order:
- If you have several releases in progress you will find it in the "Releases to finalize" tab.
- If you have planned releases in the future, they will stay in the first pages of this tab. So if you create a new release for the week to come, it will appear after those scheduled for a later release date.
Checking the video channel that received your release
To identify on which video channel your video has been delivered to, check your Catalog tab / All Releases. Click on the “stores” tab next to each video. You will see the channels to which they were delivered.
Note that the Video could be delivered also to additional video platforms that are not managed with a channel logic. Those video platforms will not be indicated in the “Stores” tab
If you notice a delay between submitting your video and it appearing in your channel, check the “Catalog” tab. This video release might be on “releases to finalize” (you may have forgotten to add some information or to submit) or on “releases to correct” (if there is an issue with your video and our Video Team has sent it back to your Backstage). If your release is on neither of these tabs, reach out to your Channel Manager
