- You might not have accumulated the minimum amount planned in your contract (usually 100€). In this case you will need to wait for your cumulated royalties to achieve this minimum amount.
- You might also have accumulated the minimum amount, but your balance includes royalties from before July 2009. Don't worry, send us an invoice for the period in question and we will settle your situation.
- Believe might have detected that the beneficiary registered in your Bank information is not the same as your contract signatory. In this case, go to the Bank information rubric in the drop-down menu located in the upper right corner of your Backstage and check the name of your account holder.
